Informed Choices, Healthier Futures.

This program provides education, early intervention, and support for youth and families dealing with substance use. Through group presentations, individual support, and parent support, we help young people make informed decisions and reduce harm.

Prevention and early intervention.

Two youth walking together along a residential sidewalk in the evening, representing early intervention and substance use prevention through supportive connection.

We provide information and education on alcohol and/or drug misuse, help for youth who want to live a healthier lifestyle, and counselling for youth who are having problems related to alcohol and/or drug misuse. As well, we offer support to parents who have youth involved with drug and/or alcohol use. We can connect youth with services that they might need, for example withdrawal management.
