KidStart relies on fundraising and grant writing to provide services to vulnerable children and youth in our communities. Donations can be made monthly or as an annual contribution.

On the North Island, we empower youth and families to build a future defined by stability and belonging.
Your donations directly support services like KidStart, Foundry, and the Youth Enhancement Fund.
- KidStart is a preventative volunteer mentoring program focusing on the positive development of children and youth ages 6-12. Many matches continue into the teen years.
- Foundry Campbell River and Foundry Comox Valley are multi-service centres for young people and families, offering primary care, mental health and substance use counselling, and social services.
- The Youth Enhancement Fund pays for special expenses for young people that are not covered by other funds, including urgent needs and job readiness expenses.
By investing in these services, you ensure every family has the foundation to move forward with dignity and purpose.
