Foundry Comox Valley offers free, confidential wellness support for young people ages 12-24 and their families. Operated by The John Howard Society of North Island, we bring multiple health and social services together under one roof to make it easier to find the right path forward. Whether you are facing stress, looking for work, or navigating life’s big changes, we’re here to help.

Mental Health Counselling
For youth (ages 12 to 24) needing support for stress, mood, or mental health.
