You want to refer a youth

To begin the referral process for the Full-Time Attendance Program (FTAP), complete the provincial FTAP referral package and submit it in Cornet, along with the following documents: the probation order, the Presentence Report (PSR) and/or social history, the SAVRY (if available), and any referral addenda. 

Please note that the youth must have a condition to attend the FTAP set in their current order, with sufficient time remaining to complete six months of attendance. Once we receive the referral, our referral team will contact you to discuss the screening process and inform you of possible bed availability dates.
