How can the counsellor help you?
The youth and family counselling program helps clients learn and practice new coping strategies to navigate everyday stresses. This includes techniques to manage living with anxiety and depression. The program also aims to include parents/caregivers during counselling, because this often results in better communication and less stress.

At the end of the program, clients are usually able to use the skills that they’ve learned and strengthened in counselling to help in their everyday lives.
