Focus on the delivery of upstream approach to mental health and substance use. Contract runs June 1, 2011 - November 2012.
HST registration is a requirement as total annual contract value exceeds $30,000. Contractor is responsible for all associated tax and Canada Revenue Agency filing requirements.
