Contract for Service

Family Care Homes

JHSNI Family Caregivers provide safe and supportive homes to young people in our Headstart, Oasis, 180 Degrees Detox and Stabilization and Youth Justice Community Beds programs.  Family caregivers are integral to the success of our community-based programming.

Becoming a family caregiver gives you an opportunity to make a difference while working from home.  Family caregivers are paid contractors, receiving a tax-free retainer and per diem fees, 24-hour on-call support, ongoing training, and monthly respite.

Caregivers provide encouragement and supervision to youth placed in their homes.  The emphasis is on building positive relationships and fostering a nurturing family environment.  We have openings for family caregivers in Campbell River and the Comox Valley.

See full contract description.
